Why can’t I see my order history?
We’re currently building out the account history functionality, but fear not: We have your full transaction history recorded in our internal systems and you’re still entered into your campaigns. Once our team finishes transitioning to the updated site, you’ll be able to see your full account history again—until then your order confirmation emails should reflect all your entries.
What happened to Omaze cash and Omaze entries?
We know this isn’t the news you were hoping to hear, but our site updates mean that we had to remove Omaze cash and Omaze entries. Thanks for understanding… and keep an eye out for bonus entries!
