How does COVID-19 affect Omaze experiences?

First of all, the entire Omaze team is sending positivity, strength and comfort your way as we all navigate this time of uncertainty. We’re raising funds for a handful of causes that are making incredible impact for COVID-19 relief—please consider donating at omaze.com/together.

As you’re likely aware, COVID-19 is having a significant impact on events and travel around the world, and you may have questions about how this could impact a potential experience you’ve entered for already, or one that you’d like to enter.

While we need to take care of ourselves and others, we believe that it’s equally important to not let fear and stress overwhelm us. So we’re continuing to offer life-changing experiences and opportunities to dream, with a few updates that reflect our current reality:

  • We’ve extended the booking window for our travel experiences. If you win a travel experience, you’ll have until December 31, 2021 to schedule your trip with us. We’ll fulfill all trips when it’s both safe to travel and convenient for our winners.
  • Omaze experiences will adjust to accommodate postponed and canceled events. If your experience involves a planned event, like a concert or premiere, please know that we’re working closely with event organizers and our partners to ensure our winners get an experience of equal or greater value.
